PART 2 - LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING
Your personal data are processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, as well as the provisions of the Civil Code Act of 23 April 1964 and other provisions of law. The processing of personal data is also based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. Processing on this basis is necessary for purposes resulting from the legally justified interests pursued by the Controller, related to the continuous development of the Controller’s enterprise, ensuring the highest quality of services provided by the Administrator and direct marketing.
Granting consent to the processing of data is voluntary, however, the refusal to grant consent to the processing of data prevents the Controller from contacting you and presenting an offer.
Your consent includes the processing of the following personal data: your name, surname, telephone number, and e-mail address.
The purpose of processing this information is to make telephone contact, present an offer and start negotiations in order to conclude a contract.
The data you provide will not be processed by us for any purpose other than that stated above without your express consent, except as required by the applicable law of the European Union, Poland, or any other Member State under whose law the Controller or data processor is subject. We will also not process other personal information about you without your consent.
PART 3 - CONSIGNEES
The Controller, entities processing the data on the instructions of the Controller and persons acting on the authority of the Controller or the entity processing the data, as well as courts and legal protection authorities, in the case of legal grounds for this, have the right of access to your personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organisations.
FAIRNESS AND TRANSPARENCY OF PROCESSING
Your personal data will be deleted within 1 month of the offer date and as soon as it is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, either immediately after receiving the request or after the expiry of the statute of limitations of any possible claims.
You also have various rights in relation to data protection requirements. You have the right of access to your personal data in the first instance. In the event that the Controller has incorrect personal data, you may request that they be corrected immediately. If your data are incomplete, you may request that your personal data be supplemented, as long as this is justified by the purposes for which it is processed. You also have the right to transfer your personal data. You can implement them by asking the Controller who will send them to you in an electronic or printed form, or directly to the Controller you have selected.
You may also request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, if:
- you are questioning whether they are correct,
- the processing is unlawful and you do not want the data to be deleted,
- the Controller does not need your data and you need it to establish, pursue or defend your claims,
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data.
You may also request immediate erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) of your personal data, if:
- your personal data are no longer necessary in relations to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed,
- you withdraw consent on which the processing of data is based and the Controller is not entitled to process your data without your consent,
- you have objected to the processing of your personal data as described below,
- your personal data have been unlawfully processed,
- the data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union Member State law to which the Controller is subject,
- your personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services and you have not given your consent, or you are under 16 and your consent has not been given by your parent or guardian or by a person with parental responsibility, or you are a parent or a legal guardian for a person under 16 and you have not given your consent to the processing of their personal data.
You also need to know that if your personal data are processed on the basis of your consent, you may revoke your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to the withdrawal.
As part of the processing, your personal data will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.
You also have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data by the Controller if it is justified by a particular situation, and the data have been processed for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Controller or by a third party, or the data have been profiled. You may also object to the processing of your data for the purposes of direct marketing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
