Such data shall be classified as personal data. The processing of these is aimed at ensuring a correct and safe use of our service and carrying out statistical analyses and evaluations of marketing mechanisms applied by us.

On what basis do we process your personal data?

The processing of personal data by us will be possible only on the basis of your consent. Your consent is voluntary, yet unless you give it, we will not be able to provide services to you electronically or enable you to use our website in this respect. The legal basis for data processing based on your consent is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Your data are also processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR because it is necessary for the purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, consisting in enabling the controller to evaluate marketing activities undertaken by them, related to functioning of the website https://exaco.pl and statistical analyses in this respect.

The processing referred to herein only includes personal data in the form of the IP addresses of our Users' computers and mobile devices, as well as technical data and link data of their devices. We will not process this information for any purpose other than that stated above without your express and specific consent. We will also not process any other personal data without your consent. How long do we keep your personal data?

We exercise due diligence to ensure that your personal data are processed transparently and fairly and we would like to inform you that your personal data will be stored for 1 month from the date on which it becomes unnecessary for the purpose for which it was collected or immediately after receiving your request.

 

What rights do you have with regard to the processing of your personal data by the controller?

First of all, you have the right to access your personal data. If the controller has incorrect personal data, you may request that they be corrected immediately. If your data are incomplete, you may request that your personal data be supplemented, as long as this is justified by the purposes for which it is processed. You may also request your personal data processing be restricted if:

When can you request that all data on you is deleted?

You may also request that all data on you is deleted immediately, if:

  1. your personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed,
  2. your consent to the processing of data has been withdrawn and the controller is not entitled to process your data without your consent,
  3.          you have objected to the processing of your personal data as described below,
  4. your personal data have been unlawfully processed,
  5. the data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under the law of the European Union or under the law of a Member State of the European Union to which the controller is subject,
  6. your personal data have been collected in connection with the provision of information society services to you and you have not given your consent, or you are under 16 years old and your consent has not been given by the holder of parental responsibility, or you are the holder of parental responsibility of a person under 16 years old and you have not given your consent to the processing of their personal data.

 

What other important information is available about the processing of my personal data?

You must know that if your personal data are processed on the basis of your consent, you may revoke your consent at any time. Revocation of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.

As part of the processing, your personal data will not be subject to automated decision making, including profiling.

 

Can you object to the processing of your personal data?

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by the controller at any time if this is justified by your specific situation and the data have been processed for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third party or the data have been profiled. Can you lodge a complaint to the Controller about a violation of the law by the Controller?

However, if you are dissatisfied with the actions of the controller and believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law, you may lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
