The Overview

The problem

In the construction material delivery industry, there are often difficulties in quickly determining routes to various locations and managing delivery schedules. Sales representatives must track numerous meetings, delivery dates, and other important events, which can lead to chaos and delays.

The solution

Our mobile application provides a comprehensive solution to these problems by integrating with maps to determine optimal routes to construction sites, a calendar for planning deliveries and meetings, and a system for reminders of important events. This allows sales representatives to focus on efficient operations, building customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of materials, thereby contributing to increased competitiveness and success of the company.

Process

We began by engaging in thorough discussions with the team at company 3W to understand their needs, business objectives, and expectations regarding the application. Based on the gathered information, we conducted an analysis, identifying key functionalities and prioritizing them accordingly.

Subsequently, we proceeded to design the user interface to ensure coherence with the company's visual identity. Upon completion of the design phase, we commenced work on the basic version of the application, incorporating essential features. Throughout the development of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), we conducted regular user testing and implemented corrections to optimize usability and functionality. Following the completion of development, we initiated the deployment of the application, providing technical support and training for users.
We then replicated the application for the sister company, Tadmar, tailoring it to their specific needs.
