The Overview

Virtual Student Room

This application is dedicated to AHE students, allowing them to browse information and agreements with the university, access their class schedules, check the status of their financial accounts and scholarship applications, as well as utilize a notification system and communicate with instructors.

Virtual Educator Room

An application designed for AHE educators, allowing them to browse information from the university, access classes on the platform, explore the university's structure, view class groups, and access lists of students enrolled in specific classes.

Process

The application development process commenced with an analysis of client requirements. Following the implementation of individual components, functional and quality tests were carried out. Upon successful completion, the application was published on both Google Play and the App Store.

In the production version of the application, a monitoring system was established to track its performance, report any necessary corrections, and ensure updates and continuous operation.

The Results

As a result, the application is available to both students and educators on both Android and iOS platforms. Every day at the university, it assists students in finding lecture halls and provides access to grades. Educators, on the other hand, utilize it for current organizational matters.

  • 8 000+Students
  • 2 000+Employees

Technologies

Deliverables

  • Integration with the university's external API, utilizing our own API Proxy layer, aims to better organize endpoints and the caching system.
  • The application is developed for both mobile platforms using Flutter, offering consistent functionality and appearance across platforms.
  • Expansion of the existing university API and implementation of a PUSH notification system within the application.
